ROLE OVERVIEW

The Residential Property Valuation Specialist will be a key contributor to our strategic initiatives and valuation processes within the residential real estate market. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, evaluate market demand, and assess competitive landscapes across our operational areas. Key responsibilities include appraising property values to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and financial reporting. This position requires extensive data analysis, market forecasting, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure precise and timely appraisals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We maintain an in-office work culture with a standard schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our dress code reflects our commitment to professionalism and maintaining high standards as a homebuilder.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of local, regional, and national real estate markets, focusing on demographic trends, economic indicators, and regulatory factors.
  • Report Preparation: Develop and present appraisal reports and market analysis findings to management, along with actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales and finance teams to align market insights with business strategies.
  • Data Modeling: Utilize GIS, PowerBI, and other data modeling tools to project market trends.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including real estate agents and government agencies, to gather essential data for analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations impacting real estate appraisals to ensure compliance.
  • Project Management: Oversee additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Market Analyst.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Salary Description

$70,000 - $100,000 [Depending on Experience]
