ROLE OVERVIEW
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is on the lookout for a Residential Property Valuation Specialist to contribute significantly to our strategic planning and valuation initiatives within the residential real estate market. Your role will involve thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging trends, evaluate market demand, and assess competitive landscapes across our operational areas. Key responsibilities will include determining property values to inform pricing strategies, investment choices, and financial documentation. The Residential Property Valuation Specialist position will require extensive data analysis, market forecasting, and collaboration with stakeholders to provide precise and timely valuations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
We maintain an in-office work culture with a standard schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our dress code reflects our commitment to professionalism and maintaining high standards as a homebuilder.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research on local, regional, and national real estate markets, analyzing demographic trends, economic indicators, and regulatory influences.
- Report Development: Prepare and present appraisal reports and market analysis findings to management, along with suggested action items.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside sales and finance teams to align market insights with business strategies.
- Data Analysis: Utilize GIS, PowerBI, and other analytical tools to forecast market trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including real estate agents and government bodies, to gather essential data for analysis.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about industry regulations impacting real estate appraisals to ensure compliance.
- Project Oversight: Manage additional projects or tasks as assigned by the Senior Market Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of producing high-quality deliverables.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
