Position Overview:

Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA) is on the lookout for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to our marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and interview materials while efficiently managing proposal timelines and internal deadlines.
  • Advance our public relations and branding strategies by actively maintaining our online presence, engaging with social media platforms, drafting press releases, preparing award submissions, and producing engaging blog content.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of our marketing campaigns, including digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct research and monitor project solicitations and leads.
  • Assist in organizing impactful special events such as conferences, trade shows, and client gatherings.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic marketing team to enhance standard materials and streamline our marketing processes and resources, including our photo and project description libraries.
  • Utilize and maintain our company ERP/CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint).
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing enhancements to our processes and procedures.
  • Adopt an inclusive approach to content creation, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • A foundational understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a keen eye for design.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An effective and collaborative work style that aligns well with diverse teams.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment.
