Overview:

The eCommerce Marketing Specialist is accountable for managing the daily marketing operations aimed at enhancing the online shopping experience across various digital platforms to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody and promote the core values of the organization within the team.
  • Oversee the daily development and implementation of eCommerce marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the team to strategize, plan, and operationalize efforts that maximize customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Analyze customer data to understand site traffic and purchasing behaviors, including price and promotional sensitivity.
  • Design an optimal site experience that enhances search capabilities, product merchandising, and information delivery.
  • Initiate testing to validate eCommerce strategies and gather insights from client interactions.
  • Create performance dashboards to track sales and site metrics, providing analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends to propose innovative eCommerce solutions.
  • Implement processes and systems to improve coordination and efficiency between the eCommerce platform and other operational areas.
  • Work alongside the eCommerce team and external partners to enhance order processing and fulfillment.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting sales in collaboration with senior management.
  • Coordinate product catalog expansions with relevant teams as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of computer use are required.
  • Project demands may necessitate working beyond standard hours to fulfill essential responsibilities.
  • Strong reasoning, memory, mathematical, and language skills are essential for effective job performance.
  • Physical capabilities to follow instructions and solve complex problems are necessary.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity are required for operating necessary equipment.
  • The work environment typically has a moderate noise level and may include the presence of pets.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in Marketing, eCommerce, Project Management, or Program Management is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud, is preferred.
