Job Overview

MacKay Sposito is on the lookout for a Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Vancouver, WA office. This role plays a vital part in enhancing our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of various business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Material Management: Regularly update and maintain marketing collateral, including trade show materials, project sheets, and master resumes.
  • Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with technical and field staff to manage our editorial calendar and generate engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in the creation and organization of client proposals and presentations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows, including the delivery of necessary marketing materials.
  • Content Development: Help generate website content, blog posts, and assist with ongoing website updates and maintenance.
  • Research Assistance: Conduct research for projects and events as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong customer service orientation, providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating, editing, and producing a variety of promotional and informational materials; strong writing abilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or Journalism is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in graphic design, video production, or writing is advantageous.
