Job Description:

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Leader to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation and production of food in a specific area of the Food Service Department.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory Chef position, with a strong background in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. Professional Food Manager Certification is required, and a Chef apprentice certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist in preparation and presentation of all food items.
  • Schedule employees and production of food items according to projected attendance.
  • Responsible for ordering food materials and supplies.
  • Train staff in production and presentation of products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
