About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef Supervisor to join our team at Universal Orlando Resort. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of a food service outlet, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Directly supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  2. Develop and implement menu concepts, specials, and promotions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  5. Provide coaching and training to staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  6. Conduct regular quality control checks, monitoring food quality and consistency.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory chef position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
