About the Role

We seek a skilled Sales Director - Wholesale to join our team. As a business owner, you will manage key wholesale department store accounts and drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage major department stores and value channel accounts
  • Achieve net sales performance targets for assigned accounts
  • Meet sales and margin targets
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and retail partners
  • Make strategic and critical decisions to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience managing department stores, preferably Dillards, Macy's, or Nordstrom
  • Value channel experience a plus
  • Previous merchandising and product development experience beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sportswear and tailored clothing

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $130-$140k annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, and employee discounts.
