About the Role
We seek a skilled Sales Director - Wholesale to join our team. As a business owner, you will manage key wholesale department store accounts and drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage major department stores and value channel accounts
- Achieve net sales performance targets for assigned accounts
- Meet sales and margin targets
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and retail partners
- Make strategic and critical decisions to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience managing department stores, preferably Dillards, Macy's, or Nordstrom
- Value channel experience a plus
- Previous merchandising and product development experience beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sportswear and tailored clothing
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $130-$140k annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, and employee discounts.
