Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in assigned territories.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong track record of success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in assigned territories
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • 7 years retail experience
  • Knowledge of merchandising, management, and retail sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
  • Experience managing direct reports or a team
  • Results-oriented with strong strategic sales approach
  • Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships within the department store environment
  • Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year.
