Key Account Development Specialist

ENGEL North America has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Development Specialist. This role involves managing accounts nationally while keeping a global perspective to meet and exceed strategic sales objectives.
The successful candidate will develop standard and budgetary quotes for current and prospective customers, ensuring high-level detail and organizational focus. They will serve as the primary relationship manager between customers and the company, strengthening and building long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in injection molding machinery, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. A mechanical engineering and/or mold design background is a plus, as is international sales experience.
We offer a competitive total compensation package, including health, dental, LTD and life insurance, 401k with match, contribution to HSA, Dependent and Health FSA, vacation pay, and holiday pay. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
Estimated salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
