Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team as a Key Account Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to target key holding company accounts, including IPG and WPP.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key holding company accounts
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging knowledge of the marketing industry and Nexxen's product offerings
- Buid strong relationships with senior executives at holding company agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Nexxen's solutions to clients
- Negotiate and close complex deals, achieving revenue targets and driving growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive developments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling to holding company clients
- A deep understanding of the agency landscape and marketing challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- High motivation and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
