Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team as a Key Account Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to target key holding company accounts, including IPG and WPP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key holding company accounts
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging knowledge of the marketing industry and Nexxen's product offerings
  • Buid strong relationships with senior executives at holding company agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Nexxen's solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, achieving revenue targets and driving growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling to holding company clients
  • A deep understanding of the agency landscape and marketing challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • High motivation and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
