We are currently seeking a skilled and results-oriented Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee daily online merchandising functions, enhance the online shopping experience, and drive revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Merchandising: Manage the performance of our digital platforms, including websites, applications, and third-party marketplaces.
  • Ecommerce Strategy: Implement global ecommerce initiatives that align with corporate objectives, including site navigation, merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Sales Optimization: Develop strategies to improve product visibility, promotional effectiveness, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conduct A/B testing and enhance website conversion rates.
  • Inventory Oversight: Set up backend systems for ticket sales and efficient inventory management, executing merchandising strategies to increase ticket sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research to stay informed on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Content Management: Work with Marketing and Product teams to plan and implement online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches, ensuring engaging product descriptions and visuals.
  • Data Insights: Utilize analytics to track website performance, monitor key metrics, and derive insights to optimize revenue. Provide reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in driving ticket sales is advantageous.

Compensation: The base salary ranges from $58,000 to $63,000, plus bonuses.
