eCommerce Partnership Manager

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of eCommerce, executing our strategic initiatives across various account types including Brick & Click, Pure Play, and Delivery channels. Your primary duties will involve guiding Key Account teams on eCommerce strategies, crafting business plans, spearheading projects to enhance online performance, and evaluating progress against established objectives.
Role ResponsibilitiesACHIEVE COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES
Formulate annual eCommerce business strategies that align with both Red Bull's and customer account objectives for Pure Play, Brick & Click, and Delivery clients.
Collaborate with Red Bull Key Account teams to shape eCommerce priorities for Brick & Click and Delivery accounts.
Oversee the programming calendar, which includes pricing strategies and promotional activities, while enhancing onsite visibility, volume forecasting, and managing trade expenditures.
Implement our marketing strategies to attract new consumers and set ourselves apart from competitors.
Transform insights into actionable strategies that fulfill both Customer and Red Bull objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers through regular business reviews and effective communication.
Engage in opportunities to strengthen relationships and connect with accounts beyond the buyer level (specifically with Brick & Click and Delivery accounts).
ESTABLISH CATEGORY DOMINANCE
Enhance online performance on retailer platforms by leading initiatives that identify and rectify performance gaps, thereby positioning Red Bull as a leading supplier in the eCommerce sector.
Generate category and consumer insights for the beverage and energy drink sectors to bolster online execution.
Identify and disseminate best practices to engage new online shoppers and elevate the Red Bull brand across various online platforms.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
Accountable for eCommerce sales and market share reporting to assess the impact of initiatives on overall performance.
Conduct quarterly business assessments to evaluate progress against sales and financial targets, while providing competitive insights.
Perform post-campaign evaluations following all promotional and visibility initiatives to gauge effectiveness and enhance future investment opportunities.
Deliver insights that influence merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet business objectives.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Partner with Red Bull Key Account teams to enhance eCommerce knowledge and ensure alignment of business plan objectives with Red Bull's eCommerce and Key Account strategies.
Manage work streams to develop unique solutions in close collaboration with teams from Finance, Operations, Retail Marketing, and Shopper Insights.
Advance the eCommerce learning agenda by leveraging new customer account capabilities and data to uncover future revenue and brand marketing opportunities.
Utilize communication channels to keep relevant stakeholders informed about key eCommerce initiatives.
QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce account management, with a proven track record in leading strategic planning across teams, including Brick & Click and Delivery Services.
Experience in the Beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
Proficiency in collaborating with Digital Advertising Agencies.
Experience in utilizing both internal and external data sources.
Strong negotiation skills.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Additional InformationCompensation: $85,000 - $128,000 plus cash incentives.
Actual salary offers may vary based on individual work experience.
