Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Monitor and ensure the smooth processing of orders, collaborating with vendor compliance, warehouses, and IT to address any challenges that arise.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Responsible for timely product launches across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Macy's, utilizing Channel Advisor and Excel for organization.
  • Catalog and Data Oversight: Manage catalog data across all platforms, ensuring that product listings are comprehensive and informative.
  • Product Enhancement: Evaluate each marketplace to identify and rectify any setup issues that may impact the shopping experience for customers.
  • Suppression Management: Handle product suppressions on each platform by analyzing listings, determining causes, implementing relisting solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the Amazon system.
  • Photography Coordination: Work alongside the eCommerce Manager and Samples Manager to arrange product photography sessions.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries across all platforms, resolving issues or concerns, and collaborating with teams as necessary for effective solutions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with various departments, sharing insights from Amazon and educating the organization on best practices related to the Amazon channel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce support roles
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Amazon (1P or 3P)
  • Familiarity with Channel Advisor (Rithim) is advantageous
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Proficient in reporting tools and performance metrics
  • Strong skills in the MS Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
