Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Maintain and update weekly sales reports


• Analyze all ATS for restocking possibilities


• Oversee the Wholesale/Ecommerce RTV process


• Administer markdowns and ensure consistency across all platforms


• Allocate merchandise from bulk storage and online inventory as directed by the Planning Analyst


• Coordinate end-of-season returns with warehouse and retail locations


• Post-Sale – Document Store Inventory Damages


• Logistics Coordination:

  • Evaluate weekly delivery schedules and communicate any concerns to omnichannel teams
  • Collaborate with logistics departments to guarantee timely arrival of products to ecommerce warehouses and retail locations for various promotional activities
  • Assess costs related to inventory transfers


• Third Party Management - Assist with all third-party requirements

  • Maintain the Jewelry Catalogue for retail locations
  • Create new product styles in RLM
  • Manage style updates in POS systems

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


• Minimum of 1 year experience in a corporate fashion setting


• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


• Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions


• Demonstrates urgency in meeting deadlines


• Excellent communication and writing skills


• Proven track record of successful collaboration with team members and supervisors


• Self-motivated, responsible, and creative


• Strong team player, adaptable to changing circumstances
