BE THE ISLAND LEADER
Craft a welcoming environment - Deliver an unparalleled in-store experience of the Tommy Bahama brand through outstanding visual presentation and merchandising; ensuring all signage and graphics are properly installed and maintained according to company standards.
Chart the course - Implement floor layouts using company resources, visual creativity, and expertise to strategize, organize, and drive branding and business goals, adapting to store needs as required.
Design the ideal retreat - Collaborate with store management to continually assess sales trends and develop brand-aligned solutions to meet specific challenges.
Train your team - Actively engage in all store meetings, communicating Tommy Bahama's merchandising and presentation standards, and enhancing the skills of all team members.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARADISE CAREER
You possess 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising and presentation.
You are detail-oriented and self-driven, committed to executing tasks to the highest standards.
You have a strong understanding of current fashion and visual merchandising trends, enabling you to effectively interpret and apply the Tommy Bahama brand ethos.
You are a natural team player, capable of analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, and taking proactive steps to adjust merchandising and presentation strategies.
A college degree is preferred.
You are open to performing additional duties as needed to support the business.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds regularly.
Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
Occasional climbing of ladders.
Routine standing for the duration of shifts (up to 8 hours).
Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 (or local minimum wage) to $21.00.
