The Team:

Merch Traffic, a vital segment of Live Nation Entertainment, manages the official merchandise for our affiliated artists. This includes the creation and sale of a variety of products such as apparel and memorabilia that reflect the artists and their tours.

The Role:

This position is pivotal in coordinating merchandise offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities for direct-to-consumer channels catering to select prominent music artists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the official merchandise stores for 15-20 artists.
  • Curate web merchandise selections for designated artists, leveraging offerings from Licensees, Tour, and Wholesale divisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns, including product selection and execution of promotional activities across email and social media platforms.
  • Adhere to eCommerce best practices in managing SEO, promotions, and pricing trends.
  • Engage with client representatives and creative teams to ensure merchandise aligns with the artists' vision and requirements.
  • Refresh product positioning to maintain an appealing merchandise assortment.
  • Coordinate with partner warehouses to guarantee timely receipt of goods and assist with customer service inquiries as needed.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics for the merchandise stores.
  • Support product development initiatives for clients and stores.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work overtime and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the music or fashion industries is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and web design is a plus, though not mandatory.
