Principal Account Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Account Executive to join our Grocery Advertising Sales team at Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the category's US revenues by selling digital advertising solutions to Fortune 500 brands and their ad agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Sell a broad range of advertising solutions to ensure that our advertisers' business goals are met.
- Act as a strategic partner to our assigned advertisers, leveraging your deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities through relationship building, networking, and strong communication skills.
- Partner with internal, cross-functional teams to deliver results for our advertising customers.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on digital ad sales.
- Experience managing internal and external relationships, including high-level negotiation and relationship management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to SVP and C-Level executives.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $144,800/year to $239,400/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
