Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Assistant Vice President for Principal Gifts will provide high-level administrative support to the Assistant Vice President and the Principal Gifts team. This includes managing complex calendars, preparing briefings and agendas, and implementing processes to aid in the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Assistant Vice President's calendar and prepare briefings and agendas for meetings and special events.
  • Identify and develop systems to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office, including information management and tracking systems.
  • Process reports, conduct research, and prepare materials for meetings and special events.
  • Support the Assistant Vice President and the Principal Gifts team in producing potential donor lists, follow-up, and tracking documents.
  • Collaborate with other senior staff to implement, plan, and coordinate special events.
  • Arrange travel for the Assistant Vice President and other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years' related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft, especially in Excel.
  • Database experience is recommended.
