Harrison Gray Search & Consulting is a family-owned insurance brokerage firm in Pittsburgh that emphasizes doing what is right for its clients and colleagues. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Client Services professional to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Lines division, you will be responsible for managing large commercial client accounts and partnering with producers to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in property and casualty account management. A Property & Casualty Agency License is required before hire. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance, generous time-off allotment, 4% 401(k) company match, tuition reimbursement, student loan relief, and paid holidays.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in policy management for property and casualty insurance while working closely with our clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Your strong organizational and administrative abilities will enable you to effectively manage daily service needs, maintain complete and accurate records, and communicate consistently with vendors.
