About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an expert on assigned accounts and building strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals.
  • Collaborating with clients to assess their tech needs and developing customized solutions that help them achieve success with our technology products.
  • Driving account growth by creating plans to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer success, product management, and tech support to ensure seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution.
  • Maintaining a pulse on account health and regularly checking in with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing trusted guidance and insights on industry trends and best practices to help clients maximize the value of our technology offerings.
  • Negotiating contracts and renewals to foster long-term partnerships and boost customer loyalty.
  • Staying current on market trends and new technologies to uncover new business opportunities and keep strategies fresh.
  • Embracing technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and build rapport.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of technology products, software solutions, and SaaS platforms.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding client expectations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track interactions and generate reports.
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach to account management.
What We Offer
