About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming an expert on assigned accounts and building strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals.
- Collaborating with clients to assess their tech needs and developing customized solutions that help them achieve success with our technology products.
- Driving account growth by creating plans to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer success, product management, and tech support to ensure seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution.
- Maintaining a pulse on account health and regularly checking in with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing trusted guidance and insights on industry trends and best practices to help clients maximize the value of our technology offerings.
- Negotiating contracts and renewals to foster long-term partnerships and boost customer loyalty.
- Staying current on market trends and new technologies to uncover new business opportunities and keep strategies fresh.
- Embracing technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and build rapport.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- A solid understanding of technology products, software solutions, and SaaS platforms.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding client expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track interactions and generate reports.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach to account management.
- A competitive estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
