As a Field Sales Consultant, your main duty will be to market our extensive range of solutions to medium and large enterprises. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and quotas by consistently engaging in the necessary daily activities to cultivate a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Additionally, you will collaborate with management and support teams to develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in consultative selling and provide recommendations to potential clients using various products and brand standards.
  • Establish and maintain a database of qualified leads through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Build and nurture relationships and a network of referrals within the local community to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain precise documentation of sales and prospecting activities and deliver status reports as required.
  • Complete all necessary client and project documentation.
  • Identify and address customer satisfaction concerns.
  • Perform additional duties as required, such as answering inquiries, assisting at the front desk, and consulting with clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of business-to-business outside sales experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and business objectives.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and skills.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and customer service skills.
  • Capability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage clients and team members.
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
