CloudRay, Inc., a well-established consulting and staffing firm with over 25 years of experience, is actively seeking experienced professionals in industrial (Manufacturing/Construction) Staffing.

This is an Onsite Position where employees will be asked to work from the Office Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the industrial staffing industry by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building strong connections.
  • Collaborate closely with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs, ensuring a thorough grasp of their unique challenges.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to expand existing accounts and generate new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our dedicated recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, guaranteeing high-quality placements that meet both parties' needs.
  • Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are completely satisfied with our services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to proactively identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth within the industrial staffing landscape.

  • Proven ability to build new connections and quickly bring in new clients, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A willingness to travel to potential clients' and existing client offices to foster relationships and drive business growth through personal interaction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build and maintain lasting client relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
