This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of travel demand modeling.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide a market/service line for a region, executing consulting engagements on-time and on-budget with RSG's high standard for delivery.
- Develop project strategies that align with client and organizational goals, considering client objectives and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and expand service offerings.
- Guide project managers in managing project resources efficiently, including human capital and other project-related assets.
- Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation to win and deliver work optimally.
- Monitor and drive accountability for on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality projects.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, management of staff, including mentoring and development of staff.
- Mentor consulting leadership to enhance the overall capabilities of the consulting team.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, such as transportation, energy, market research, statistics, math, economics, psychology, geography, engineering, or a similarly relevant field of study.
- Masters or other advanced degrees preferred.
- 15+ years consulting and building domain expertise.
- Proven ability to manage regional professional consulting teams and large-scale/complex projects.
- Proven ability to consistently drive accountability for the performance of a team within the discipline.
- Demonstrates understanding and ability to communicate strategic direction to a team to drive alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-sized teams of people and projects to deliver projects within scope, on-time and on-budget with high customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to adapt team plans and priorities to address resource and operational changes.
- Proven ability to lead with a quality, innovation, and growth mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to independently make decisions and solve problems in accordance with policy, procedure, and business plans.
- Proven ability to provide professional and technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers.
