About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and drive growth across multiple practice areas by developing and executing market strategies that draw from and build upon the capabilities of Resource Systems Group, Inc.

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of travel demand modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a market/service line for a region, executing consulting engagements on-time and on-budget with RSG's high standard for delivery.
  • Develop project strategies that align with client and organizational goals, considering client objectives and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and expand service offerings.
  • Guide project managers in managing project resources efficiently, including human capital and other project-related assets.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation to win and deliver work optimally.
  • Monitor and drive accountability for on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, management of staff, including mentoring and development of staff.
  • Mentor consulting leadership to enhance the overall capabilities of the consulting team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, such as transportation, energy, market research, statistics, math, economics, psychology, geography, engineering, or a similarly relevant field of study.
  • Masters or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • 15+ years consulting and building domain expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage regional professional consulting teams and large-scale/complex projects.
  • Proven ability to consistently drive accountability for the performance of a team within the discipline.
  • Demonstrates understanding and ability to communicate strategic direction to a team to drive alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-sized teams of people and projects to deliver projects within scope, on-time and on-budget with high customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to adapt team plans and priorities to address resource and operational changes.
  • Proven ability to lead with a quality, innovation, and growth mindset.
