Key Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • A talent for establishing rapport with customers.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong motivation to achieve financial success while upholding values of honesty and integrity.
  • Prior sales or automotive experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally valuable.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to help them achieve their vehicle ownership goals through effective communication in person, online, and via phone.

Promote all aspects of the sales process, including vehicle appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.

Provide ongoing customer support by following up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products and specific selling tools.

Familiarize yourself with additional company offerings, including lease agreements, warranty, and insurance products.

Stay informed about competitive practices, including equipment, pricing, models, and sales strategies.

Conduct direct sales activities on the dealership floor and at special events.

Develop sales contacts, set personal monthly sales targets, and participate in regular staff meetings.
