Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage customer offers, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Process and handle customer orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records
  • Generate and distribute invoices and shipping documents, ensuring seamless logistics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive and confident communication
  • Ensure customer-centric sales and delivery processes are in place, driving customer satisfaction
  • Document all sales and customer interactions in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales support or a related field
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service and sales orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
