Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Sales: Deliver pre-ordered products to customers and upsell our popular brands/products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Develop relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and balance daily route activities to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Route Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize routes and reduce delivery times to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: CDL Class B license required; ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B license with proper Department of Transportation (DOT) certification.
  • Skills: Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities; ability to lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 66 lbs.
