Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance the efficiency of the sales process
  • Utilize outbound calls, emails, and other marketing efforts to connect with potential clients
  • Assess and qualify potential clients based on their budget, needs, and other relevant criteria
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends
  • Present our solutions to prospective clients and negotiate favorable agreements
  • Surpass quota objectives for closed transactions and other revenue-generating activities
Qualifications:
  • A candidate must possess a high school diploma and a solid understanding of the real estate industry and its offerings
  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of successful experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close transactions and a proven track record of sales success are essential
  • The candidate should be capable of working effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and organized
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills are vital for this position
