Job Summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a dynamic and growing organization that offers a comprehensive range of services, including Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, and colleagues. Experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of EMR systems and HIPAA guidelines.

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a medical office setting
