Business Development Representative

At Bare Bones Engagement, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
