PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving organizational growth, aiding businesses in strategic decision-making, and fostering valuable relationships. Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Opportunity Identification: Conducting market research, attending industry events, and networking to uncover potential business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Engaging in cold calling, reaching out to potential clients, and navigating leads through the sales process.
  • Strategic Planning: Crafting growth strategies, forecasting sales objectives, and establishing targets for business and revenue expansion.
  • Contract Negotiation: Discussing client pricing and formulating and negotiating contractual agreements.
  • Product Promotion: Showcasing products or services and assisting clients in their purchasing decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Sustaining positive client interactions and providing constructive feedback to the sales team.
  • Deal Closure: Proposing and nurturing business agreements, and successfully finalizing new contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the security sector or a related field.
