Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to document user requirements and processes.
  • Extensive experience with data analysis and visualization.
  • High proficiency in technical writing.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
  • Proven ability to document user requirements and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation creation skills in MS PPT - tailoring to the audience.
  • Knowledgeable about Professional Services Organization operations and technologies and preferably has experience in the Accounting or Financial Services industry.
  • Proficient at Smartsheet.
