Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Agent to join our team at Toyota of Rockwall. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner, providing accurate and helpful information to meet their needs.
- Appointment Setting: Field inbound and outbound calls to generate service appointments with customers, utilizing management tools and CRM software to track customer interest and update customer files.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service and drive repeat business.
- Administrative Support: Complete quotes, return emails and voicemails, and perform other administrative functions to support the sales and service team.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with VinSolutions and XTime a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Reliable, professional, likable, and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
