We are seeking an experienced Prenatal Care Sales Leader to partner with our CEO in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Our patented algorithms and proprietary expert database enable healthcare professionals to streamline ultrasound workflow, enhance quality assurance, and optimize patient care.

The Role:

  • Build a high-performing sales team to achieve our 2025 revenue target in the US
  • Hire, train, and coach sales representatives to grow revenue and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Revenue Operations Manager to develop a go-to-market strategy and pricing for the US market
  • Work closely with the Head of US Operations to ensure smooth transitions between sales and account management
  • Contribute to leadership discussions on sales targets, successes, and challenges

About You:

We seek a seasoned sales leader with experience in software sales, particularly in the healthcare industry. Your skills should include:

  • A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills to drive sales growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles, enterprise clients, and complex clinical workflows
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events

What We Offer:

Sonio offers a competitive salary package including a base salary of $350,000 - $450,000 and a 100% bonus based on individual and team performance. This is a full-time position requiring at least 2 days per week in-person presence in the Boston area.
