Compensation: $170,000 (Total), $85,000 (Base)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Boston territory. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for full sales-cycle management of new business within a strategic territory. They will be accountable for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives business growth and exceeds sales targetsManage a sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into opportunitiesFoster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to build trust and drive revenue growthMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metricsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesRequirements:
5+ years of sales experience carrying a quota and exceeding goalsExperience selling a service, consulting, research, or other intangible offeringsConfidence and ability to facilitate executive-level conversations around various topics with CISOs and similar subject-matter expertsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel up to 25% for business meetings and eventsBenefits:
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 and a total compensation of $170,000. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
