District Sales Leader

The District Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitable sales, talent acquisition and development, and operational excellence across a group of assigned stores within designated markets. This role requires a strong business acumen, ability to lead and develop teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Lead business analysis to drive profitable sales and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement action plans to address operational and financial challenges
• Teach and develop leaders in operations, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Possess strong business acumen with the ability to flex and adapt to internal and external factors
• Lead performance management through coaching and adherence to company standards
• Ensure consistency across stores within the district
Requirements
• 5-8 years of relevant retail management experience
• 3-5 years minimum of multi-unit leadership, preferably with a specialty retailer
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven results in driving top-line revenue, creating customer-focused experiences, and attracting, developing, and retaining associates
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Strong consultative skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across stakeholder audiences
• Experience working with managers on associate relationship issues, retention, and performance management
