Sales Leadership Role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team in Emerging Markets. This role will involve building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving results through strategic vision and planning, and developing strong leadership skills to motivate and retain top talent.

About the Role
  • Hire, retain, and motivate high-performing sales teams and leaders to drive results.
  • Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure Sales Managers and Account Executives meet and exceed their individual and team sales objectives.
  • Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes needed.
Requirements
  • Must be able to fluently speak Mandarin and coach reps and communicate with prospects in Mandarin.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
