WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A HOUSING COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
Leverage your organizational expertise to deliver top-notch affordable housing solutions in your community.
Engage with prospective and current residents daily to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and sense of belonging.
Conduct interviews and process applications for new residents in accordance with affordable housing program guidelines.
Manage certifications (initial, interim, and annual); calculate retroactive rent while adhering to all relevant regulations.
Gather necessary documentation from current or prospective residents and carry out verifications.
Maintain precise waitlists and transfer lists; review applicant files to assess eligibility.
Oversee the renewal and recertification processes for all residents.
Apply appropriate rents for annual and interim recertifications; adjust to ensure compliance.
Participate in marketing, leasing, and resident onboarding experiences, collaborating with maintenance to ensure timely unit readiness.
Prepare all required agency reports to standard.
Maintain leasing and marketing reports as necessary.
Support site and office operations as directed by management.

Compensation:
$17.00 / hour
with an annual performance-based bonus

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC, or other affordable housing programs.
You possess COS/TCS/BOS credentials or are willing to obtain them within six months of hire; training will be provided.
