Position: Field Sales Account Executive for Multi-Family Housing

As a Field Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies along with a variety of other products to a dedicated client base within the multi-family housing sector, specifically targeting apartment communities.

This role provides a competitive base salary complemented by a sales incentive bonus. Additionally, you will receive a laptop/tablet, cell phone, and coverage for monthly expenses.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing sales activities within designated territories.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with multi-family housing clients.
  • Utilizing consultative selling techniques to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
  • Experience in direct sales to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of product lines.
  • Strong organizational skills and adeptness with handheld technology.
  • Self-motivated and accountable with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of facilities products, including hardware, electrical, and lighting solutions.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
