Key Responsibilities of the Parts Account Executive / Field Sales include:
  • Enhancing and expanding sales to current clients within the designated territory
  • Assessing customer requirements for additional sales prospects
  • Developing and nurturing strategic accounts at a local level
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and objectives aimed at boosting sales, profits, market presence, and minimizing costs
  • Identifying and establishing new client accounts
  • Maintaining and improving sales techniques and product knowledge for all TruckPro offerings
Qualifications for the Parts Account Executive / Field Sales include:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, operations, or a related field with knowledge of heavy-duty parts
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
  • Understanding and application of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
