Job Title: Associate Manager, Customer Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Customer Business to join our team at 015 - North America Revsale, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) to ensure account profitability
  • Work with the Inventory Planning and Logistics team to mitigate returns risk
  • Execute long-range planning and annual joint business plans to ensure maximum execution and volume

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years direct selling experience within CPG industry (Cosmetics, specific applicable Channel experience preferred)
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive for results and flawless execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat skills
