Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Customer Business to join our team at 015 - North America Revsale, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans
- Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) to ensure account profitability
- Work with the Inventory Planning and Logistics team to mitigate returns risk
- Execute long-range planning and annual joint business plans to ensure maximum execution and volume
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years direct selling experience within CPG industry (Cosmetics, specific applicable Channel experience preferred)
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to drive for results and flawless execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat skills
