Financial Operations Coordinator

Join KYYBA as a Financial Operations Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Administrator and Business Owner in maintaining the integrity of our PEGA system and ticket interface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with inquiries related to Credit Operations and their impact on daily functions.
  • Collaborate with Credit Operations Team Leaders to prioritize system requests effectively.
  • Serve as a bridge between business units and ITM personnel at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to system analysis, design, testing, documentation, and user training.
  • Utilize software and analytical tools to assess business challenges and develop viable solutions, including special projects for enhancement research and development.
  • Support and guide end-users in defining requirements, project scopes, and planning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key Business/BSO and ITM managers.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, customer needs, and priorities.
  • Provide a detailed business process perspective during issue evaluations, implementations, and planning sessions.
Enhancement Testing
  • Develop test plans, execute testing, and authorize all changes to the PEGA interface.
  • Oversee user testing and ensure thorough validation before and after production changes.
  • Document System and End-User Acceptance Test plans meticulously.
  • Create test cases, procedures, and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate end-user participation in testing processes.
  • Generate training materials for new, existing, and enhanced applications.
User Training
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on new and/or improved applications and business processes.
  • Engage in communication, attend meetings, and prepare presentations for the Leadership Team, providing updates on projects and process modifications.
  • Receive and prioritize new enhancement requests, projects, and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer/Information Science, Information Technology, or Marketing.
