Key Responsibilities for the Financial Operations Manager:

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting with in-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required (Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification is advantageous).
  • Proficient in month-end closing, journal entries, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Experience with SAP is essential.
  • Familiarity with Blackline software is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Leadership experience is highly regarded.
  • W2 only - no C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship available.

Compensation for the Financial Operations Manager:

  • Type: 2-year Contract
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay: $45-$55/hr (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Provided through CornerStone.
