Job Title: Executive Assistant, WW Selling Partner Support

Amazon Services LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the WW Selling Partner Services team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events
  • Ensure timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Help develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of senior-level leadership support experience or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
