About This Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Core Selling Partner Experience team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and enforcing quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for our selling partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to measure the quality of the Selling Partner Experience.
  2. Partner with operations and business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting and process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  3. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  4. Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
  5. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, preparing and delivering business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
About You

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in a related analytical field, including experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau. You should have excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Superior verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations.

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market.
