About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager, Selling Partner Support Engagement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting our next-generation support experiences, using improved UX and GenAI orchestrated solutions to rapidly increase the range of automated and guided solutions we offer to Selling partners needing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to improve the quality experience for Selling Partners and Associates.
  • Evaluate and optimize program metrics to drive experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and operate the quality program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure program adoption and success.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for experience improvement and drive implementation.

About the Team

We are a team of product managers, program managers, and process engineers, constructing guided solutions for Sellers and Support Associates so that we can quickly and accurately solve the problems our Sellers encounter every day. We are committed to delivering high-quality experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • MBA or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
