Client Engineer

At PMI WW Brands LLC, we're seeking a skilled Client Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Global IT Operations, specifically focused on delivering reliable fleet management of our client systems.

You'll serve as an escalation point for Service Desk Administrators who provide Tier I support to our global community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Service Desk to provide top-level support
  • Lead a growing fleet of Windows and Mac clients to support company growth while delivering a first-class support and user experience
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk, Infrastructure, and InfoSec teams to ensure our clients are optimized for our dynamic environment
  • Conduct proactive assessments of open incidents and daily requests to ensure appropriate actions are pursued, while finding opportunities to provide a high-quality, low-friction experience
  • Run the inventory of client hardware and software, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support efficient operations and strategic planning
  • Coordinate end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights, adhering to industry standards for privacy and security protocols
  • Implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Implement fundamental server maintenance tasks, including running client license servers, overseeing patch deployment, conducting configuration upgrades, and other related duties to ensure optimal server performance and reliability
  • Independently and multi-functionally drive the advancement of our IT operations by identifying opportunities for improvement and working with your partner teams to implement

Requirements:

  • Analytical thinking, collaboration, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Robust work ethic who is adept at working autonomously and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or as a System Administrator, encompassing the implementation, management, and resolution of issues in Windows 10/11 and Mac environments
  • Deep technical knowledge, with hands-on expertise with; Microsoft InTune, JAMF, M365 Products, Adobe Cloud Products, Azure Active Directory, Okta, TeamViewer, Experience managing SolidWorks and Keyshot is a plus, Understanding of LAN and WAN concepts Experience with enterprise-grade ITSM solutions

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
