Program Coordinator

The Project Operations Manager will be responsible for defining project parameters and objectives in partnership with stakeholders. They will gather a project team and develop a comprehensive project roadmap that outlines tasks, timelines, and resource allocations. This role requires ongoing communication with both the project team and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address risks and challenges, and escalate issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement project plans
- Establish project scope and deliverables
- Identify necessary tasks and allocate resources
- Oversee project financials
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Lead and motivate project teams
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders
- Manage changes effectively
- Coordinate with vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Monitor project dependencies and constraints
- Foster collaborative relationships
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project management or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with project management and/or agile methodologies
- Ability to negotiate resources and timelines
- Conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of project change management principles
- Customer-oriented mindset, bridging gaps between teams and stakeholders
- Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, or Scrum Master
- Understanding of SDLC, Scrum, or ITIL methodologies is advantageous
- General knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus
