CapB InfoteK is seeking a Certified Program Coordinator to oversee a significant, long-term initiative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing project operations related to comprehensive business intelligence applications and frameworks. Create project charters, schedules, deliverables, and other essential project documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and IT leadership to comprehend and prioritize project activities. Address technical challenges while aligning with business goals. Identify alternative solutions and conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support enterprise-wide business intelligence efforts.
  • Work in conjunction with the project team to achieve project milestones. Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures regarding the structure and attributes of business intelligence documentation, tools, and systems. Establish metrics for data/information quality.
  • Investigate emerging technologies and formulate business cases to advocate for enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions. Engage in special projects as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building cohesive teams, effectively managing project timelines and budgets, and producing high-quality project documentation (charters, project plans, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of Kimball Data Warehouse design principles, experience in gathering requirements for data warehouse initiatives, and hands-on experience in the design and development of data warehouse projects.
  • Any familiarity with advanced analytics is considered advantageous.

The selected candidate will also be tasked with exploring new technologies and crafting business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.


Must Have:

  • Ability to develop requests for proposals.
  • Change management expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and utilizing performance metrics and reports to manage inventory, analyze costs, and optimize returns on investment for both financial and human resources.
  • Expertise in implementing complex models and processes within extensive, multi-functional educational and governmental environments.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMI.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Experience in data warehouse design and development.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering for data warehouse projects.
  • Knowledge of Kimball data warehouse design principles.
  • Familiarity with Business Objects or other business intelligence tools.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of System Development Life Cycle deliverables for each development phase.
  • Skills in requirements analysis and gathering.
  • Experience in user testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing plans.
