Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for outlining project deliverables, estimating timelines, coordinating resources, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring that client expectations are not only met but surpassed. You will engage with various clients to address diverse service delivery requirements, expectations, and AE's capabilities, including conducting post-delivery evaluations and client feedback on key projects.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards through effective implementation of approved processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and manage them with team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project resources, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using suitable tools.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze outcomes, and address any issues.
  • Establish project success criteria and communicate them to all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project reviews and generate recommendation reports to identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical paths effectively.
  • Prepare and review Statements of Work.
  • Provide insights for RFPs focusing on planning and implementation needs.
  • Support the delivery team in managing multiple projects to successful completion while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist the AE sales team as required.
  • Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry marketing activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven ability to execute multiple projects, managing resources across various initiatives to achieve objectives.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Financial management experience in budgeting, cost control, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Understanding of operational best practices, including performance measurement and capacity planning.
  • Forward-thinking with a focus on process improvement and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective listening abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to foster relationships across various teams to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception to implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
